This is a great question that I get all the time....When is the best time to travel to Walt Disney World?
Unfortunately, there just isn't an easy answer to this question. There are several factors to consider.....
1. When CAN you travel? Some families are limited by vacation schedules at work, and some may hesitate to take kids out of school. Others are wide open to any time of the year.

2. Are holiday experiences important to you? There is no question that Disney goes all out for both the Halloween season and the Christmas season each year. Again, your flexibility is the key. If you are locked in to the week before or after Christmas, you will get to see all the decorations, but you will be in the height of the heaviest crowd season. But...if you can travel a few weeks earlier, the crowds will be almost non-existent.
3. Winter months .. January through March (until the spring break season) are some of the lightest crowds of the entire year. However, you will be trading in the crowd comfort for reduced park hours.
4. Summer months .. Here come the middle to higher crowds again, but you do get the much longer park hours. But don't forget the heat. We do have some great suggestions for you to beat the heat during these months, and enjoy the parks with little crowd impact.
